MayWeHelp: User Experience
MayWeHelp provides users with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. 100%
HTML means that customers have access to MayWeHelp from any standard HTML
browser on any computer operating system. Unlike JAVA based solutions, there are
not plug-ins and there is no hardware or additional software to install.
Simply Click On The Icon
When customers are in need of assistance they simply click on the
MayWeHelp chat icon. This will bring up the MayWeHelp HTML chat
screen. When prompted, users enter their name and click submit.
Beyond Text Chat
Our system seamlessly connects the user with a company's
MayWeHelp. It's that easy. MayWeHelp takes users beyond simple text
chat. Operators can dynamically push, images, links or web pages to a user's
browser, making it easy to explain a support issue, or demo a product.
Save and Print Chat Transcript
A user can print or save the content of a chat session, once the session has
ended.
Real-Time Exit Survey
Based on MayWeHelp setup, the user may be asked to answer a short 'Exit
Survey', providing the company with critical real-time input or feedback.
